Hello! I would like to know if such language codes as ch-Hant/ch-Hans for Chinese Traditional/Simplified can be added to RC-WinTrans 9.1 and if yes, how soon it can be done.

Hello lakuda!
The language codes "zh-Hant" and "zh-Hans" will be added in the next RC-WinTrans 9.1 service release in July 2011 (the next one after the current build version 9.1.0.98).

Can the reason be that I use this language code for translation of c++ dll's, not c#?

Yes, this language code is to be used for .NET (C#) assemblies.
For Win32 EXE/DLL (C++) this language code not exists.
We will check it and return to you.

Is there any possibility for us to change something in RC-WinTrans program files to make this code work for both variants of dll's?

Workaround:
Use two translation projects. One for your .NET files and one for your Win32 files.
For the project with the Win32 files use the languages Chinese (Simplified) (zh-CN) and Chinese (Traditional) (zh-TW).
Fix:
We will fix this for the next RC-WinTrans 9 service release.

It depends. When we have (important) bug fixes and/or new features.
